Refund and Returns Policy

At Niru’s TCG, we take great care to ensure every order is accurately described, securely packaged, and dispatched in excellent condition. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Orders placed in error.
  • Items that are no longer wanted.
  • Opened or unsealed products.
  • Trading card products where the contents are random by design, including booster packs, booster boxes, mystery products and similar sealed items.

Once a sealed product has been opened, it cannot be returned.

Trading Card Products

Due to the random nature of trading card products, refunds or exchanges will not be offered based on:

  • The cards received.
  • Pull rates.
  • Not receiving a specific card.
  • The value of cards opened.
  • Card grades or expected grading results.

By purchasing sealed trading card products, you acknowledge that the contents are random and cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Return Conditions

Where a return has been authorised, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging.
  • Be securely packaged for return.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.

Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other courier services once an order has been dispatched.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will work with the delivery provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
